Who pays for the AI and the other tools?
You do, directly. Every account involved, the AI, the automation platform, and the tools you already use, stays in your name and on your card. For AI usage, you and I set a hard monthly spending cap together, so there are no surprises. What you pay me for is making those tools do the work together, on their own.
What happens if we cancel?
Nothing turns off. All automations live in accounts you own; I simply remove my own access and everything stays right where it was. What you lose is me: the watching, the fixing, and the next build.
What counts as one automation?
One routine, handled start to finish: something happens (an email arrives, a file lands, a morning rolls around), the busywork gets done, and the result lands where it should. "Summarize the overnight orders and email it to me" is one automation. "Run my whole order process" is several, and I build them one at a time until it is. Adjusting an automation I already built for you is not a new automation; that is maintenance, and it is included.
