Who we are

Simple Apps LLC is a software company based in South Carolina. This policy covers the Automation Retainer service and this page's ads and lead forms. Questions? Email [email protected].

What we collect

When you respond to one of our ads or fill out a lead form, we receive what you submit: your name, email, business name, and your answers to the form questions. These forms run on Meta, so Meta delivers that information to us. If you book a call, we receive the booking details you provide. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

This site also uses a Google tag for standard analytics, which uses cookies to measure things like page visits and where visitors come from.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, run the service, and send follow-ups about your inquiry. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our operations: Google Workspace for email, Stripe for billing, Meta as the ad platform, and our scheduling provider for bookings.

Client work data

The automations we build run in accounts our clients own. We access those accounts only to build and maintain what the client asked for, nothing else.

Your rights and how long we keep things
