The service

The Automation Retainer is a monthly subscription from Simple Apps LLC at the rate agreed in writing before your subscription starts. It is month to month. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at your next billing date.

What is included

Automation requests as you need them, built at no extra charge, handled one active build at a time. One automation means one workflow with one trigger and one primary output, sized to ship in about a week. Larger jobs get split into queued automations.

The retainer also covers everything we have built for you: failure monitoring with proactive fixes, and email support with responses within 24 hours.

The guarantee

Before we build, we agree in writing on what your first automation does: its trigger, its output, and what "working" means. You are not charged until that automation is delivered and running, and your first charge comes no sooner than seven days after it goes live. If we determine the agreed workflow cannot be automated, we cancel the subscription at no cost to you. Delivery timelines pause while we are waiting on access or answers from you.

Ownership and third-party costs

You own your automations and the accounts they run in. If you cancel, we remove our access and nothing turns off. Third-party costs, such as the automation platform and AI usage, are billed to you directly on your own accounts.

Liability

Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Beyond the delivery guarantee above, we do not promise specific business results.

Governing law and changes
